The project’s scope involved working with global resources to implement servers, automation of daily server admin tasks, on-call rotation, coordinating request changes, and minimizing the business impact of those changes.
Our team of experts used the Linux and Red Hat platforms to provision admin-related tasks and tools including ITSM and Ansible to provision end-user IT services and application deployment within the framework of the project. Our AWS experts helped the process by provisioning a database on RDS. We used ECR as a docker registry and S3 for file storage. CloudWatch was used for logging requirements.
