Veritis’ unique offerings to the client were the Disaster Recovery plan and implementation of migration to AWS.

Challenge Areas:

Veritis had to put in extra efforts while dealing with patching of servers which involved a cyclic 90-day process. Scheduling of maintenance windows in coordination with application teams and all the relevant stakeholders was also one of the key challenge areas associated with the project.

There were also serious challenges while using puppet to ensure proper patching, wherein, lack of automation tools was the need of the hour to ensure puppet automation. Network issues and rebooting of servers were among the key issues faced as part of this project journey.
